Systems Neuroscience Block Course

with Jorg Conradt, Henning Proske, Stefan Roth and Pawel Pyk

In part of this course we teach neural modelling using a GUI-based software package developed here called IQR. The students learn to build simple neural circuits and use them to process sensory data (video) and to control simple robots. The highlight is the annual Robot Olympics, where the students design autonomous neural robot controllers to compete in a range of events.
